Atlas Information
Plain-language guidance for authorized Atlas users and people requesting access or support.
Privacy
Atlas processes identity, access, assignment, operational, personnel, and authorized medical information to support TAC operations. Access is limited by account, role, and assignment, and sensitive actions may be audited.
Use the least identifying information needed. Do not place passwords, passport details, medical details, or other protected content in support messages. Account closure ends access through disablement while accountable operational and audit records are preserved under TAC, client, contractual, and legal requirements.
Acceptable Use
- Use Atlas only for authorized TAC work and training.
- Do not share accounts, passwords, passkeys, exports, or protected records.
- Enter only information you are authorized to handle and only where Atlas requests it.
- Verify document status and operational instructions through the established chain of command.
- Report suspected unauthorized access promptly through the approved TAC channel.
Support
Contact your Atlas administrator or the TAC coordinator who provisioned your access, using the same approved communication channel used for credentials.
Provide your name, username, approximate time, page, and a general description of the problem. Never send your password, passkey data, passport information, medical information, or screenshots containing protected records.
Service Status
If you can read this page, the public Atlas web entry is responding. This does not confirm that authentication, the database, or every protected module is available.
If sign-in or a protected page is unavailable, retry once, record the approximate time and general error, and contact your Atlas administrator. Do not repeatedly submit credentials or include protected information in the report.
